Why a personal data protection charter?

The purpose of this Personal Data Protection Charter is to inform you of all the treatments linked to the use of your Personal Data within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, for the www.scdc.fr website.
Personal data should be understood as any information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person (e.g. name, registration number, telephone number, photograph, date of birth, town of residence...)
What personal data is collected?
You may be asked to communicate personal data to SCDC, in particular in the context of commercial relations, price requests on our products.
SCDC is brought to treat the following data:

- contact information: telephone number, e-mail address, address (professional or personal if necessary)

We need your information to manage your requests for prices and/or additional information on our products.

Customer knowledge and site statistics and performance
We may use data to better understand our customers or for statistical purposes to analyze our site activity and improve the services we offer. We perform audience measurement, for example, we measure the number of page views, the number of visits to the site, as well as the activity of visitors on the site and their frequency of return. Who has access to your personal data?
Your personal data is intended for the SCDC departments concerned by your requests and for any service providers (distributors) responsible for transmitting price offers.
 
 
Duration of data storage
The data is kept for a period that does not exceed the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
 
For marketing or communication actions: SCDC keeps the data for 5 years from the last contact or the end of the commercial relationship
For prospecting actions: SCDC keeps the data for 3 years from the last contact.
 
 
Your rights to access your personal data?
In accordance with the regulation on the protection of personal data, you can exercise your rights (access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation) by simple request by email: marketing@scdc.fr
